“Today marks 10 months of recovery. The first attempt at any of these activities (especially the steep climb) brought me to tears of joy, hope and gratitude for all your support, along with my family and friends. I keep pushing for many reasons, but you you are my fuel,” he wrote under the post of him running, and many fans soon congratulated him.

The star of the blockbuster films “The Avengers” and “The Bourne Legacy” experienced a dramatic incident in early January, when he ran over a plow and broke over 30 bones. She revealed the details of this unfortunate event in an emotional interview with ABC.

The actor shared that the moment of tragedy occurred while the snow machine was sliding on ice, and his concern for the safety of his nephew Alex, who was then freeing the chains from the truck, was paramount. In a clumsy move, Renner, extending his leg to look at Alex, failed to apply the parking brake, losing his footing and ending up outside the cab.

“You’re not supposed to get out of the vehicle while you’re driving it, you know what I mean? It’s like driving a car with one foot out of the car,” Jeremy said.

The actor initially thought he would “spend the rest of his life as a plant”, but now he has regained sight in both eyes and has made great progress in his recovery. He’s also thankful he wasn’t alone when the accident happened and said he’ll do anything to protect his beloved nephew again.
