Actress Sanja Jovićević is married to actor Branimir Popović, who is 21 years her senior. They have been together for a full decade, and their love gave birth to a little girl, Sofia.

Branimir skilfully tries to keep his private life away from the public eye, that’s why few people knew that he was married to a colleague, to whom he was originally a professor at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje, while she was studying.
The two became close during the filming of the series “Budva na pienu od mora”, where Sanja had the main role and played Bojana, the daughter of Sava Bačić (Mima Karadžić).
The acting couple immediately liked each other, but they hesitated for a long time whether to start a romance because of the big age difference.
Despite what it is Sanja 21 years younger than Branimir, they decided to try, and thus began their love story, which they crowned with marriage in 2013 in Jahorina.
