Victoria Beckham owes her slender figure to one food and an unusual routine

Victoria Beckham recently celebrated her 50th birthday, and besides being a successful entrepreneur and fashion designer, she became known for her slim figure and healthy lifestyle, writes Express.

Victoria is known for her rigorous exercise routine and strict diet to maintain her figure. In fact, she has reportedly eaten the same meal every day for the past 25 years.

Namely, her husband David Beckham once revealed that Victoria “only eats grilled fish and steamed vegetables, and she rarely deviates from that.”

In an interview with Net-A-Porter, Victoria revealed what her diet looks like, that is, what she owes her slim figure to, City Magazine reports.

“Every morning, the first thing I do is drink three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, then a cup of warm water with lemon and another cup of coffee,” she said.

She also reportedly enjoys an apple, kiwi, lemon, spinach, broccoli and chia seed smoothie.

In addition, Victoria loves avocados and admitted to eating a few every day, especially for lunch.

She once revealed that she “eats three or four avocados a day” and credits them for keeping her skin healthy.

For dinner, Victoria replaces carbs like spaghetti with zucchini cut into long, curly pieces alongside spicy prawns and mixed vegetables.
