This is what Anna Walsh’s last hours looked like before she disappeared

Gem Mutlu, who celebrated the New Year together with Anna and Brian Walsh, is one of the last people to see the Belgrade woman, before she disappears on January 1.

In a statement to CBS News, he said that the New Year’s dinner was festive, and Brian was the main chef.

“We hugged, celebrated and toasted, everything we all do for a welcome. We were very happy. There were no indications that they had any problems” says Gem.

Mutlu says that Brian’s call on Wednesday afternoon left him in shock.

“I asked him what was wrong, and he told me that Ana disappeared after the New Year’s celebration,” he said.

He then described how Anna behaved at the dinner.

“She was texting her friends. The whole time she sat on the bar stool next to me in their kitchen. There were no indications of a disappearance, tragedy or anything elseGem added.

Gem then described his relationship with Anna and Brian.

“They both had a big impact on my life. A part of me kept thinking something bad had happened because the pieces of the story just didn’t add up” said Ana’s friend.

Those suspicions were unfortunately confirmed when Brian was arrested on Sunday night for misleading the police in an investigation.

A friend of the Walsh family said yes the police have already contacted him and that he cooperates with them all the time.

Anna’s husband, Brian Walsh, was brought before the prosecutor yesterday, where he pleaded not guilty and related to the disappearance of his wife, Anna Walsh.

A bloody knife was found in the basement of the family home and he was seen on camera using the cash to buy $450 worth of cleaning supplies.

By the way, Brian Walsh is suspected of obstructing the investigation.

Let us remind you that the disappearance of Anna Walsh (39), a mother of three children, was simultaneously reported by her husband and employer on Wednesday, three days after she was allegedly last seen.

Family members last saw her around 4 a.m. on Jan. 1, when she was about to go to Boston’s Logan Airport to catch a flight to Washington, D.C., where she works at a real estate agency.

However, she did not make it to the airport, and the local police chief said they have no confirmation that she got into the vehicle she was supposed to use to go to the airport.

According to the police, Anna Walsh is very active on social networks, but she has not used her mobile phone since New Year.
