Disturbing footage of an accident on the ring road in Belgrade: The driver died

One person was killed, while two were seriously injured in a terrible traffic accident that happened today near the ring road in Belgrade, on the Miloš Veliki highway near Jakov, “Blic” learns.

The driver of the “Fiat”, Dejan J., aged around 53, was killed in the serious collision he caused, while the driver of the “Hyunadi” and the passenger of the “Fiat” were transported to the KBC Zemun.

A gruesome video of the accident appeared on social networks. You can see the moment when the “Fiat” crashed into another vehicle, and then burst into flames.

One of the drivers contacted the editorial office of “Informer” and said that after leaving for Obrenovac, in the direction of Belgrade, at one point he spotted a car going in the opposite direction.

– At first I thought that the driver killed himself and took the wrong direction. I even wanted to stop him and help him. However, the man was driving in the opposite direction and in the fast lane, which is tantamount to suicide. There were two men in the car and they waved at the other drivers, but I got the impression that they wanted to apologize that way – said the driver, a witness to the event.

As he says, it is not clear to him why the Fiat driver did not even drive in the stop lane or try to stop the car and make a U-turn.

The punt driver caused the accident

Let’s remind you, as “Blic” found out, the “Fiat Punto” vehicle was going in the opposite direction towards Belgrade, caused an accident and started burning.

There is a total suspension of traffic in the direction of Belgrade.

In the video published on the Instagram profile “moj_beo_grad”, you can see a car that turned into a fire, and from it thick black smoke that hung over this section.
