Users have the opportunity to write on the request where they want to go, and most often they decide to go to: Kanjiža, Banja Junaković, Termal Vrdnik and Sokobanja.
Twice a year, the Association receives requests to refer pensioners to spas. The first type is through the Republic Fund, and the second through the City of Novi Sad. In the Association, they receive requests, process them and further submit them to the Fund in order to complete the entire process. More than 450 pension beneficiaries at the expense of the Fund go to the spa for ten days of rehabilitation.
