Teams from eight cities are participating in the tournament, which are divided into two groups. Subotica was in a group with teams representing Kragujevac, Niš and Bor.

In the first match against Kragujevac, the chances were not used, so the match ended without a winner 0:0. In the second match, the Subotica team, after playing a weaker first half against Bor, was a much better rival on the field in the rest of the match. They didn’t take advantage of their opportunities as the opponents punished them and took a 1:0 lead three minutes before the end.

After the conceded goal, they focused all their efforts on the attack, but instead of an equalizing goal, Bor used their opportunity and scored the final 0:2 in the last minute.

In the third match, Subotica defeated the team from Nis 5:2 and thus took second place in their group.

The tournament of cities was won by the Požarevac team, which defeated Bor in the final.
