Serbia remains without an important player before the European Championship? Gudelj injured his knee

Gudelj (32) had to leave the game in the 81st minute, and Sevilla issued a statement today.

– The medical service of FC Sevilla announces that, after appropriate medical examinations, it was found out that Nemanja Gudelj sustained an injury to the rear horn of the inner meniscus of his right knee during last night’s match against Mallorca. This is the opposite knee from the one that was operated on at the beginning of the year. The final prognosis will depend on the type of intervention to which Gudelj undergoes – it is stated in the club statement.

Earlier in the season, Gudelj had an injury to the knee of his left leg, from which he recovered after surgery. Sevilla did not announce how long Gudelj’s break is now and whether there is a chance that the Serbian representative will be ready for the European Championship in Germany from June 14 to July 14.
