Members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Criminal Police Directorate and Intervention Unit 92 of the Police Department for the city of Belgrade, in cooperation with the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, arrested SR (41) from Belgrade, due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of unauthorized production and placing in traffic in narcotic drugs.
By searching the sides, other premises, as well as the suspect’s car, the police found and confiscated about 15 kilograms of plant matter suspected to be marijuana, about half a kilogram of matter suspected to be amphetamine, about 15,000 tablets suspected of being ecstasy , about five liters of amphetamine oil and two scales for precise measurement.
SR was detained for up to 48 hours and he will be brought to the competent prosecutor’s office with a criminal report.
