If you are registered in the PIO fund database, you will receive the message “You have successfully submitted your application”. If the message “We did not find you in the database” appears, it means that the data entered does not match the data in the PIO fund database, and it is necessary to personally visit the main branch/service to check the data and submit a request for a pensioner card.
