The attackers face two years in prison

The Third Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade filed an indictment against SS (28) and JJ (28) on suspicion that they beat two men and stabbed one with a knife in a bakery in New Belgrade.

The Prosecution proposed to the court that the SS convict on a prison sentence of two yearsand JJ to a prison sentence of 10 months, which will include the period spent in custody, the prosecutor’s office announced.

The indictment charged them with the criminal offense of violent behavior, due to the suspicion that on February 25, they caused physical injury to the injured party in a bakery in New Belgrade.

It is suspected that SS punched him in the head several timeswhile JJ also punched a citizen in the building several times in the head area.

Then, as is suspected, SS stabbed with a knife injured in the rib area, on which occasion he received a slight physical injury, while three citizens witnessed this event, which disturbed them.
