Employment Fair opened in Novi Pazar

NOVI PAZAR – At this year’s Employment Fair, organized by the National Employment Service in Novi Pazar, more than 40 employers are present, who expressed the need for workers of various profiles. There are 200 jobs on offer, and great interest from job seekers has been recorded. The fair was officially opened by Mayor Nihat Biševac. He wished luck to all the participants, both in the job search for the unemployed, and for the employers to find quality personnel.

“The fair is an opportunity for employers, of which there are more this year, to find quality personnel, and for job seekers to get more information about the job offered to them through a direct conversation with employers,” said the mayor of Novi Pazar, Nihat Biševac.
He pointed out that, through various measures of active employment policy, 700 people were employed last year, and praised the employees of the National Employment Service for, as he said, the good organization of the fair and for everything they do to alleviate the unemployment problem in Novi Pazar. .
The director of the NES Branch in Novi Pazar, Fahrudin Đekić, pointed out that this already traditional event records a slight increase in employability from year to year, and that it has proven to be a good practice, both for employers and for the unemployed.

“There is a wide range of jobs on offer. For those who are interested and want to find a job, there is a real possibility that something from this offer will appeal to them. The effect of the fair can be seen at the end of the year, and it ranges from 15 to 20 percent in percentage terms,” said Đekić.
Among the most sought-after occupations are: civil engineers, architects, economics graduates, textile designers, mechanical engineers with special licenses, truck drivers, auto mechanics, electricians, textile seamstresses, upholsterers, waiters, cooks, receptionists, administrative workers, construction machine operators, construction support workers …
