This edition was presented yesterday at the Hyatt Hotel. Mira Šemić, a wine academic and director of “Gault & Milau” for Serbia, reveals who stood out on the culinary map and whether we are a nation of baking and grilling for TV Nova.
She points out that in Belgrade she would not go for Italian cuisine, but for roasting and grilling, but that here you can still enjoy absolutely every dish.
