Arrested for illegal sale of clothing

due to the existence of grounds for suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of illegal trade.

He is suspected of having, without the authorization of the competent authority for trading, acquired a wardrobe, which he sold to natural persons in the period from 2020 to today, by sending the parcels to customers via courier services.

It is suspected that he charged customers for the goods by cash on delivery in the total amount of 16,533,300 dinars.

Also, today, during the search of the suspect’s apartment, the police found and seized 260 items of clothing.

The suspect was ordered to be detained for up to 48 hours and will be brought to the basic public prosecutor in Užice with a criminal report.
