The Sports Center of the Football Association of the Eastern Serbia region should be built on the area near the unfinished aqua park, near Niška Banja, on 67,701 square meters, which should be managed by a new limited liability company founded by the joint capital of the City of Niš and the Football Association of Serbia.
The city of Niš provides construction land with a market value of 2.6 million euros, and FSS a cash contribution of 3 million euros, which should be paid by May 15, 2028. At the address of Vidoj Jovanović, driveway 3, BB, Niška Banja should, according to announcements, “Mini-Pazova” will be built, modeled after the FSS facility in Stara Pazova, reports “Južne vesti.”
The City of Niš and the Football Association of Serbia have established the Sports Center of the Football Association of the Eastern Serbia Region of Niš, Ltd., which will have cash and monetary capital in the amount of around 5.6 million euros.
The City of Niš, according to the data from the Contract, which should be discussed by the members of the City Assembly, will give city-building land – a 2nd class field on 67,701 square meters.
