KRAGUJEVAC –
The first regular session of the Kragujevac City Assembly was adjourned tonight at one o’clock after midnight, after 16 hours of work, and will resume on Friday, May 10 at 9 a.m.
The interruption followed the proposal of the head of the committee group of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), Aleksandar Lazović, after the proposal of the decision on the winners of the St. George’s Day Awards for 2023 was adopted.
The members of the opposition demanded at the beginning of the regular session that they discuss the illegal payment of almost 300 million dinars to a private company for the purchase of land owned by the city. (end) mjj/bv/dj
