The Supreme Court of North Macedonia revoked the prison custody of the father of the murdered 14-year-old girl – Region

His lawyer, Vladimir Tufegdžić, welcomed the court’s decision and told Telma Television that it was “a small satisfaction for the enormous injustice and tragedy that was inflicted on Đorđevski.”

He added that “Đorđevski was subjected to torture twice and ended up in a clinic, which was reported to the Helsinki Committee, whose report is awaited.”

Today’s session was the second public session of the Supreme Court of North Macedonia regarding the measure of prison custody for father V, and in March of this year his appeal was rejected as unfounded.

The father is suspected of helping in the kidnapping of his daughter V. Đ., whose disappearance was reported on November 27 last year, and she was found dead near Skopje on December 3, when 74-year-old Panče Žežovski from Veles was also found dead.

The prime suspect for those two murders is Ljubomir Palevski Palčo, who is awaiting extradition from Turkey, and Velibor Manev, Vlatko Kešišov and Bore Videvski, who are in custody in Skopje, are suspected of complicity.

According to the statements of the suspected accomplices, Palevski told them that it was her father Aleksandar Đorđevski who gave him the information about when V. would leave the house and be alone.

At the prosecutor’s suggestion, the detention of Stefan Dimovski, who took Palovski to Turkey and was suspected of helping him escape, was terminated.

Ljupco Palevski, the prime suspect for the kidnapping and murder of 14-year-old V. Đ. and 74-year-old hairdresser Pancho Žežovski, was arrested on December 5 in the city of Balikesir in Turkey on an international warrant, and since the end of December last year he has been in the “Balikesir” Closed Penal Correctional Institution.
