Bakić also emphasized how he presented the economic, investment, tourist, educational and cultural potential of Subotica and Palić. He also emphasized that Palić is ranked among the six tourist destinations of the first category in the Republic of Serbia.

“I believe that in these times it is not easy to be a friend of Serbia and that the support of the Republic of Cyprus has a special weight. The Serbian nation is one of the best nations in the world, that it never attacked anyone in the history of its existence, but only defended itself, was always on the side of the truth and was always among the winning countries,” said Stevan Bakić.

Ambassador of Cyprus Fotiu also spoke about more intensive cooperation, who pointed out that Subotica is an extremely beautiful city and that he will try to deepen the cooperation between Cyprus, that is, some cities from his country and Subotica, while thanking for the warm welcome.
