New details of the death of the brother suspected of murdering Danka in the station

After several days of silence, the higher public prosecutor’s office finally announced the violent death of Dejan Dragijević during police detention in the station in Bor, saying that they submitted a proposal for the substitution of jurisdiction in the proceedings regarding his death, in accordance with the Methodology for the investigation in cases of abuse. With this, they confirmed that there was abuse, and according to the unofficial information of Nova.rs, on the fateful day, Dragijević was interrogated by three officers of the Criminal Police Department of the PU Bor.

“After receiving the autopsy report of the Belgrade Institute of Forensic Medicine, the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Zaječar submitted a proposal for the substitution of jurisdiction in the proceedings regarding the death of the now deceased. Dalibor Dragijević, in accordance with the Methodology for investigation in cases of abuse, for which reasons the case was not advertised,” the prosecution announced.

It is still not known whether proceedings have been initiated against the Bor policemen who interrogated Dragijević on the fateful day and inflicted serious bodily injuries on him from which he died. It is not known whether they were suspended from work.

According to unofficial information from Nova.rs, it is about three officers of the PU Bor, who are shifting responsibility among themselves, that is, who gave the fatal blow to Dragijević, as a result of which he died.

Since the death of Dragijević, there has been panic in the Bor police force, in fact complete chaos due to the recent events.

Especially since the case of the disappearance and murder of the girl Danka Ilić has been under the watchful eye of the public from the very beginning.

Let us remind you that Radar.rs recently revealed that the autopsy showed that Dragijević died a violent death, as evidenced by the numerous injuries he had on his body. However, the police stated in a statement that Dragijević died of natural causes, and that on April 6 he fell fatally ill at the police station and that the ambulance, upon arriving at the scene, could only state the man’s death.

The news that Dragijević died of a violent death was announced last week, and the Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Zaječar waited for days for the autopsy report to arrive, and when it finally arrived, it was announced that they would consider it, and then make an announcement.

That’s what happened today, and in a statement from the prosecution, they confirmed that Dragijević was abused.

Let us remind you that the police arrested the workers of PUK “Vodovod” Dejan Dragijević and Srđan Janković on suspicion of killing the wanted girl Danka Ilić. The father Radoslav and the now deceased brother Dalibor of the suspect Dragijević were subsequently detained on suspicion of helping him remove the child’s body.
