The conference Prodexpo Serbia – We are developing the future – The conference on real estate and infrastructure development was held on April 25, 2024 at the Metropol Palace Hotel in Belgrade. The conference was formally opened by the Minister of Internal and Foreign Trade, Mr. Tomislav Momirović.
The sponsors of the conference are the Society of Appraisers of Serbia, the Council of Foreign Investors, the National Association of Appraisers of Serbia, the Green Building Council of Serbia, the Association of Independent Forensic Experts and Appraisers and the Real Estate Cluster.
The conference represents an extraordinary platform that provides the possibility of all-day socializing, exchange of experiences while following an inspiring program that includes not only the topics of infrastructure and real estate, but also economy, trade and investment in the Republic of Serbia and the region.
The president of the chamber, Dr. Dragan Kostić, addressed the Real Estate Market panel through the prism of representatives of the Chambers of Commerce, and on that occasion spoke about the area of industrial real estate, especially in free zones, industrial parks and logistics centers, what is the trend of the development of the industrial real estate market in the world and what is it like in Serbia, what is the role of infrastructure-equipped industrial real estate and what is the role of free zones, industrial parks and logistics centers in attracting direct investment and the international supply chain.
Among others, the conference was attended by the president of the Greek-Serbian Chamber of Detention Kostas Georgakos, Branislav Prelević, vice-governor of the Central Macedonia Region, Goran Račić, president of the Banja Luka Chamber of Commerce, and Boško Vučurević, president of the Vojvodina Chamber of Commerce.
