“The head of Serbian diplomacy, Ivica Dacic, said that today is “a day of shame in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe”, assessing that “for the first time in history, membership has been recommended to something that is not a state, and that does not meet the basic conditions in the area of ​​human rights and freedoms”. , reports Index Hina.

Jutarnji list writes that the report confirming that Kosovo has met the necessary basic conditions for admission to the Council of Europe was prepared by Dora Bakoyannis, the representative of Greece.
