KOSOVSKA MITROVICA – Srpska lista announced today that the recording on social networks, on which the statements of Radoica Radomirović, deputy minister in the government of Aljbin Kurti, Nenad Rašić and Arber Vokri, are heard, is “proof of the existence and operation of an organized criminal group with the aim of illegal activity and seizure of property owned by them institutions of the Republic of Serbia”, and in order to obtain property benefits for themselves or other persons, i.e. apartments.

Thus, as it is pointed out, all the elements for the initiation of court proceedings and their arrest have been fulfilled.

“This footage proves the existence of an organized criminal group whose members include, in addition to the government official Aljbin Kurti, the illegal and illegitimate mayor of Leposavic municipality Ljuljzim Hetemi, that in this organized criminal group there is a hierarchy with a clear division of tasks in order to commit criminal acts, which fulfills the legal basis for the determination of this group as an organized criminal group”, stated in the announcement of the Serbian List.
