Sremska Mitrovica – The police in Sremska Mitrovica sanctioned 11 drivers who were driving under the influence of alcohol and narcotic drugs, as well as driving at an illegal speed and without a driver’s license.

A complaint will be filed against a fifty-three-year-old man from Ruma, due to the suspicion that, driving with 2.17 per thousand of alcohol in his body, he hit a vehicle that was moving in front of him and ran away, but he was soon found.

In that accident, a woman from the vehicle he hit was slightly injured.

In the area of ​​Indjija, a forty-four-year-old man was stopped driving a “Fiat” with 2.00 per thousand of alcohol and without a driver’s license, and in Šid, a thirty-one-year-old driver of an “Opel” with 1.85 per thousand.

The patrol in Sremska Mitrovica discovered a thirty-two-year-old Opel driver under the influence of cannabis and a twenty-three-year-old Fiat driver who tested positive for opiates, in Stara Pazova a thirty-six-year-old driver under the influence of amphetamines, and in Ruma a thirty-year-old driver who tested positive for cocaine.

The police in Pećinci found a twenty-six-year-old Audi driver who had not passed a driving test and a thirty-seven-year-old man without a driver’s license, and in Ruma a forty-nine-year-old man who was driving without a driver’s license that had been revoked earlier.

A 23-year-old man was stopped in Iriga driving a Mercedes at a speed of 142.9 kilometers per hour, on a part of the road where the speed limit is 80.
