Green-Left Front (ZLF) MP Jelena Jerinić said today that at a meeting with the President of the Serbian Parliament, Ana Brnabić, it was agreed that the opposition would submit a bill during the weekend that would prevent citizens who have changed their place of residence in the previous year from voting at their new address.
After Ana Brnabić’s meeting with representatives of parliamentary groups, political parties of national minorities and associations on the improvement of the electoral process, Jerenić said that the topic of the meeting was the formation of working bodies to fulfill the recommendations of the ODIHR and improve the voter list.
She said that agreement has been reached for a working group to implement ODIHR recommendations and that it will be chaired by someone from civil society.
