That there is no agreement can be seen from the fact that the Novi Sad committee of the People’s Party denied the information that the collection of signatures with other right-wing parties will start on Sunday.

“We worked to bring the entire right-wing together, but the ‘extended hand’ from Belgrade broke that unity. We will soon announce how, with whom and in what format we will go to the upcoming local elections in Novi Sad.” announced the People’s Party.

As 021.rs has learned, according to the current positions, one list will be formed by the NADA coalition (New Democratic Party of Serbia and the Movement for the Reconstruction of the Kingdom of Serbia) and the Citizens’ Group around Branimir Nestorović “Mi snaga naroda”, DJB will go independently, and the third list would, according to information, could be done by the People’s Party and Dveri.

The announcement of the People’s Party confirmed all the unofficial information that the 19 parties and movements that make up the Novi Sad opposition were not, even after several days of negotiations, close to reaching an agreement, although they had two such announcements.

There is no confirmation of the agreements reached in the opposition for now. It can be seen that in the talks there was first a division into two possible columns.

The first would be parties from the former coalition “Serbia against violence” with the party “Together” and the movement “Bravo”, but for now there is no information about the final agreement.

In the meantime, information arrived that the “Together” party dissolved the City Committee in Novi Sad, because, contrary to the party’s decision, they made a decision to participate in the upcoming elections.

The action of progressive Vojvodina called for a boycott, which suggests that they have dropped out of the further story of participation in this list.

As the second column, all those who are determined to the right are mentioned.

On Friday evening, information about the agreement of the right appeared, but this denial by the People’s Party, as well as the announcement by the headquarters “Enough is enough” that they will go out on their own, show that this right-wing group has split.

Also, information appeared that the movement “We are the power of the people” has its own candidate for mayor, but it is not certain whether he will remain a joint candidate if that movement is in a coalition with NDSS and POKS.
