In the international action of the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime, the Security and Information Agency and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the PU for the city of Belgrade, in coordination with the foreign partner services Europol and Eurojust, in a joint action in Belgium, over 100 kilograms of the narcotic drug cocaine, whose street value is more than of 10 million euros.
Soon, in this operation in the Netherlands, members of an organized criminal group, Serbian citizens DR (28) and DP (48), were arrested, with whom weapons and a certain amount of money were found, which is suspected to have resulted from the commission of criminal acts, while in Belgium and Luxembourg also arrested Serbian citizens SK (36), Đ.D. (32), JV (33), one NN person, as well as BiH citizen S.Đ. (42).
On the territory of Belgrade, Serbian citizen VV (29) was arrested and detained for 48 hours.
The police continue their coordinated work to shed light on all the circumstances related to the distribution of the aforementioned narcotics and to identify other members of the aforementioned international organized crime group.
