Here is what kind of punishment Serbia can get from FIFA

--

If the FIFA investigation determines that the “No Surrender” flag really ended up in the Serbian locker room, as well as if they interpret it as a political message, the FSS will be punished.

Namely, the mention of our flag in the stands of the stadium in Doha. The stewards did not ban her, nor was there a ban to remove her during the match. She stood in the stands and we saw her on TV on several occasions.

This level of offense should not carry with it drastic sanctions. It is certain that we will not be punished by deducting points, nor by any disqualification from the World Cup.

The mentioned flag is a regular fixture at the matches of a large number of Serbian clubs:

As far as we know, the FSS, in the event that FIFA assesses this as a violation, would pass with a fine.

There are also options for a penalty that will be applied in the next cycle of qualifications under the auspices of FIFA, but the chances of such a thing happening are known to be lower.

The decision will be made, most likely, by Monday.
