New details are coming in about the mysterious disappearance of the Serbian Ana Walsh, a mother of three children who disappeared in the USA and more and more points to her murder.

As we reported earlier, Brian Walsh (46), the husband of the missing Anna, was arrested. He is currently suspected of the crime of misleading police officers during an investigation. But it appears the husband of the missing 39-year-old woman could be facing much more serious charges.

At Brian and Anna Walsh’s home in Cohasset, Massachusetts, investigators found evidence that could indicate Anna was indeed murdered. A knife and traces of blood were found in the basement of the house, confirmed the District Prosecutor’s Office.

Her co-workers reported her missing on Jan. 4 after she failed to show up for work, authorities said. For days, police searched for her in the area around their home in Cohasset, a town about 30 kilometers southeast of Boston.

Published letter

Brian Walsh was under house arrest after pleading guilty in 2018 to selling fake Andy Warhol paintings for $80,000.

During the hearing last June, Anna Walsh wrote a letter to the judge in which she pleaded for her husband, a local portal reported. Boston25 News.

“During these eight months, our family has gone through many milestones: our youngest son turned one, our middle son started talking, and our oldest son, who just started kindergarten when we last saw you, is only a few weeks away from the end of the year and preparation for the first grade. He also lost his first tooth,” she wrote in the letter.

Anna then writes that Brian was very helpful after her mother suffered a brain aneurysm in December 2021.

“Not only did he save her life, but he brought her and the whole family comfort and joy during her illness,” Anna wrote.

At the same time, it said, Brian continued to care for his ailing elderly mother and “was there for his sons day in and day out.”

“Whether it was a walk for World Peace Day in Dorchester or a homeless shelter in Boston where he donated food and toiletries, Brian taught our boys from an early age the importance of sharing joy and giving of your time and resources,” she wrote. Ana.

Court documents reveal that Brian was the primary carer of the boys, aged six, four and two, while Anna spent most of her time working for a real estate company.

“Brian is consistently working to overcome bad habits from the past and we are all looking forward to a new chapter in his life,” Anna wrote to the judge.

He was looking for a way to get rid of the body

Recall that, according to CNN, investigators found the search query “how to get rid of a 52-kilogram woman’s body” in Brian Walshe’s Internet records.

On Monday night, investigators searching for the possible body of Anna Walsh were digging through trash in Peabody, a beltway town north of Cohasset, according to a source with direct knowledge of the investigation.

Crime scene tape has also been placed in front of and around dumpsters located in an apartment complex near Brian Walshe’s mother’s home in Swampscott, about 22 miles north of Boston, the source added.

Brian Walsh claimed he went to visit his mother after his wife disappeared, investigators said, according to CNN.

Police now believe that Walsh deliberately delayed the investigation and gave false information just to buy time and lead police down the wrong path.

“The fact that he was asked a specific question and gave a false answer that led investigators out of the area caused a clear delay in the search for the missing person, Anna Walsh,” said prosecutor Lynn Beland.

What did the husband tell the investigators?

Bryan told police he last saw his wife early on the morning of Jan. 1 when she said she took an Uber or Lyft to the airport to fly to Washington, D.C., where she works.

Her co-workers reported her missing on Jan. 4 after she failed to show up for work, prosecutor Lynn Beland said.

But a police investigation revealed there was no Uber or Lyft ride on New Year’s Day and she never boarded the flight. Her cell phone signal was also found to be located at her home in Cohasset later that day.

The investigation also questioned some of Brian Walsh’s other claims. He told investigators he took the child out for ice cream on Jan. 2, but surveillance footage shows he bought $450 worth of cleaning supplies at Home Depot that day.

Police obtained a search warrant and found blood and a damaged, bloody knife in the basement of the home, Beland said, according to reports Index.hr.
