Anna Walsh, who went missing on January 1, has posted several times on Instagram about the family’s German shepherd, Hans.
After the arrest of Brian Walsh and the removal of the children by social services, many users asked what is now happening with the dog.
– Hans has been taken care of – the Cohasset police said.
Police are with NBC10 Boston confirmed that the dog is with them and to take care of him.
– Cohasset Police can confirm that he is taking care of the Walsh family dog in his shelter until a family member takes custody of him. The dog is well taken care of – according to the police.
Family members, let’s remind they last saw Ana on January 1st around 4 o’clock when she was supposed to go to Logan Airport in Boston, from where she planned to catch a flight to Washington, where she works in a real estate agency.
Ana, however, didn’t even get to the airport, and the local police chief said that they don’t even have confirmation that she got into the vehicle that was supposed to go to “Logan”.
The police stated that Ana is very active on social networks, but that she has not used her mobile phone since New Year’s when she disappeared.
Brian Walsh was arrested on suspicion of lying to investigators and bail was set at $500,000.
The next hearing is scheduled for February 9.
