Inspired by tuna, according to the designers, it achieves the best drag coefficient of only 0.168 cd. Until the final product, there were about 2000 different simulations, which were computer generated, and artificial intelligence, allegedly, played an important role in the design.
Chery is one of the special Chinese factories, with a minimal number of electric models, but with a strong focus on export. In the first half of this year, Chery accounted for 15% of China’s car exports. A big electric offensive is coming soon, and this is obviously a good announcement.
