An interesting survey in the US gave the answer to whether teenagers prefer to use iPhone or Android phones, and the winner is clear.
A whopping 87% of American teen respondents said they own an iPhone, and 88% of them will buy an iPhone for their next phone. This provides a better insight into the difference between markets, because while Android is more popular globally, in the US the iPhone is undisputed.
The reasons why teens prefer the iPhone is probably FaceTime and iMessage, because when someone who doesn’t use iMessage joins a chat, they don’t have all the options that iPhone users have.
