End of the year, large stocks, low interest or love of customers… Who knows what the reason is, but MG has taken an important step to bring its very good MG4 electric car closer to the public in Spain.

MG’s best-selling electric compact car is now extremely affordable in the country, with prices starting at just €18,480, a discount of more than €12,000 compared to the recommended retail price.
There are government incentives and MG discount, but the price of this vehicle is more than acceptable. Thus, in Spain, MG managed to equalize the price of an electric compact car with the corresponding gasoline cars.
In fact, electric cars are even cheaper with this package.
The MG4 provides up to 450 kilometers of combined cycle range (depending on version). The charging speed can go up to 144 kW, which allows you to charge from 10 to 80% of the battery capacity in just 26 minutes.
This compact 5-door hatchback measures 4,287 in length, 1,836 in width and 1,504 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,705 mm. Trunk capacity is between 350 and 1,165 liters (when the rear seats are folded). Depending on the version, the drag coefficient is between Cw 0.27 and 0.287.
Three versions are offered. Basic, MG4 Electric Standard, with a battery capacity of 51 kWh, an autonomy of up to 350 km in the WLTP cycle and a 125 kW (170 HP) electric motor installed in the rear.
The MG4 Electric Comfort and MG4 Electric Luxury versions have a 64 kWh battery and a 150 kW (204 hp) electric motor. The Comfort version enables autonomy of up to 450 km.
The most luxuriously equipped, MG4 Electric Luxury, offers an autonomy of 435 km.
