The seventh presidential election will be held in North Macedonia today, and until the polling stations close at 7 p.m., there will be an election silence. Last night, the Albanian party DUI held a meeting in the square in Skopje with provocations towards Macedonians.

Albanian flags were flying all over the city, and chants were chanted against the terrorist KLA. Direct threats were also made to VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski.

In addition to members of the Albanian population, DUI leader Ali Ahmeti also sent a direct threat.

These are exactly the moves of the extremists Albanians not only in North Macedoniabut also throughout the region, shows nothing more than that the creation of Greater Albania is well underway.

Let us remind you that seven candidates are participating in the presidential elections – five men and two women. The candidates are the current president Stevo Pendarovski who is supported by SDSM and the coalition, Gordana Šiljanovska Davkova from VMRO-DPMNE, Biljana Vankovska who is supported by the Left, Maksim Dimitrievski from the Znam movement, Stevčo Jakimovski from the Grom party, Arben Taravari from the Vredi coalition and Bujar Osmani, who is supported by the European front.

In these elections, as has been the case so far, the candidates of the two opposing political blocs of the center-left SDSM and the right-wing VMRO-DPMNE will face each other, and the intra-Albanian political showdown between the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI), the Vredi coalition and other political parties, which enjoy the strong support of the temporary Pristina institutions of Aljbin Kurti, who is heavily involved in these elections as well.

A possible second round of presidential elections is scheduled for May 8, when parliamentary elections are scheduled.
