The Aceman is positioned somewhere between the Cooper and Countryman models, and will be sold exclusively in an electric version. Brand boss Stephanie Wurst said earlier that the Aceman even has the potential to become Mini’s best-selling car.
The car is 4,007mm long, 1,750mm wide and 1,500mm high, which means that it is some 20cm longer than the Cooper, and has similar dimensions to the Renault Clio. However, being slightly taller than a classic supermini means the Aceman will have more space.
From the very beginning, two versions will be offered – the first with 181 hp and 160 Nm of maximum torque with a 42.5 kWh battery that is enough for a range of 310 kilometers on a single charge.
The second version, the Aceman SE, will have 215 hp, 180 Nm of maximum torque, as well as a 54.2 kWh battery sufficient for 405 kilometers of range.
Another version is planned, which will use the same powertrain as the Aceman SE model, but with a more “aggressive” design.
