Aleksandar Jokić (21), a Serbian mercenary who has been fighting with the Russian army in Donetsk for three years, found himself in a thankless situation in every sense. the Russians want to expel him from the country because he does not have citizenship, and his “Cascade” unit has been disbanded. Jokić complained about this to the Russian media because, as he says, he faces 25 years in prison upon his return to Serbia.

Jokić is one of the Serbian mercenaries who have been fighting in Donbas for years, for which they are threatened with imprisonment in Serbia because according to our Criminal Code participation in a war or armed conflict in a foreign country is a criminal act.

Jokić is now facing this punishment, since they want to expel him from Russia, even though fought for three years in the Russian army in Donetsk.
