The former rector of the University of Kragujevac and his right-hand man, the dean of the Faculty of Medicine, were ARRESTED because of fake diplomas for Albanians

The former rector of the University of Kragujevac, Nebojša Arsenijević, and his right-hand man, the former dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Predrag Čanović, were arrested today by order of the Kraljevac Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime. The two were arrested for abuse of their official position, including embezzlement related to the diplomas they issued to Albanians and Croatian citizens and obtained multimillion-dollar benefits.

“Blic” wrote about embezzlement, humiliation of employees, dismissals and nepotism of the arrogant rector Arsenijević for more than half a year. Arsenijević and Canović were arrested in Kragujevac and taken to Kraljevo to the Prosecutor’s Office. The prosecutor’s decision on possible detention is awaited.
