Croatian boxer Nikica Radonić revealed what happened on Monday in Banjička Šuma, when he was intercepted by three unknown persons.

A day later, around noon, Radonic went from the hotel of the Croatian national team to a nearby park to run and exercise, where he was intercepted by unknown persons with a tendency to physical attack.

Everything took place in the middle of the day, and neither the boxer nor the attackers had any fan or national symbols. The boxing association emphasizes that the hosts do not bear any responsibility because the situation in which the boxer found himself was a combination of unfortunate circumstances and that the incident took place outside the zones where the European Championship takes place.
