Sevilla’s defender Sergio Ramos sent a message of support to the Serbian representative and club colleague Nemanja Gudelj, who recently suffered a serious knee injury.

Gudelj suffered an injury to his right knee at the end of the match with Mallorca, and his club colleague Sergio Ramos wished him a speedy recovery via social networks.

– Brother, you will be back very soon. We are waiting for you, my friend – wrote the experienced Spanish defender on Instagram.

Earlier in the season, Gudelj had an injury to the knee of his left leg, after which he had to undergo surgery, and the Andalusians cannot determine the length of his recovery more precisely for now.

The medical service of FC Sevilla announces that, after appropriate medical examinations, it was found that Nemanja Gudelj suffered an injury to the rear horn of the inner meniscus of his right knee during last night’s match against Mallorca. This is the opposite knee from the one that was operated on at the beginning of the year. The final prognosis will depend on the type of intervention that Gudelj undergoes,” the club statement stated.

Serbia coach Dragan Stojković Pixi will certainly be waiting for the news about Gudelj with great impatience, since the Sevilla footballer was one of the players who were already seen on his list for the EURO.
