The Pole has been at the club for a long time, but he is already in his old age (34) and has one of the highest salaries in the team (6,500,000 euros net). The contract binds him until the summer of 2025, and then the parting will probably follow. It is an alternative to him Matthias Perrin but he never proved that he was quality for the starting unit.

That’s why Juve wants Michele di Gregorio who has been defending brilliantly in Monza for two seasons and has become a goalkeeper of representative caliber. Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli was in Milan on Wednesday for the final negotiations with De Gregoi and his agent. They agreed on a five-year cooperation worth 2,000,000 euros per season.

Now the hardest part of the job remains and the agreement with Monza.

Adriano Galliani he is asking for 20,000,000 euros for his goalkeeper, which is too much for Juve. The club from Turin hopes to lower the price by including some of the players in the negotiations. They are ready to offer Perina and money. Monza is on the way… In ideal circumstances, it would De Gregorio replaced Perina in the role of reserve in the first season, and then in the following summer he replaced Szczecin in the role of starting unit.

De Gregorio is a child of Inter, but he never got a chance in Milan. They sent him on loan to various lower leagues and finally to Monza, which played in Serie B at the time. Monza bought him for 4,400,000 euros, and Inter is also interested in 10 percent of the next transfer.
