Everything that was until now has become unimportant. Only this one match in Banjica, which decides the champion of Serbia, will be remembered.

Red Star and Partizan they are tied in the Superliga final. Both teams achieved two victories each. And the master will certainly represent the culmination of the “eternal rivals” duel.

They had a red and white advantage of 2-0 in victories. In the third match, they led with 1:0 and 2:1 in the sets… And when you could have thought that “old boxer” in black and white won’t lift anymore, Bojan Janić managed to get the best out of his team – and in two incredible games in five sets, Partizan tied the series.

I think we deserved the fifth game, so we can’t wait for it to start. Both us and them. So let’s see… I have deep faith in my boys. There is no psychological advantage, only greater desire will be learned.

Zvezda was very close to the title, which it has been waiting for since 2016. Ivica Jevtić’s team could reach it at their Banjica. And they were a little short of a big turnaround in the Masters… However, it was not possible.

Now the red and whites are waiting for a new chance on their home field, and it has already been announced that they will have great support from the stands.

As for the master, expect a no less exciting match. I hope that we will manage to recover both physically and mentally and that we will welcome the Partizan team in a good mood. We are in advantage, it is our home field.

All the cards are already on the table – the teams know each other very well, the motive could not be greater for both, and it remains to be seen who will be mentally better prepared for the decisive duel.

Crvena zvezda entered the playoffs as the first seed, the team that showed the most in the league part of the season. Proofreader Dušan Nikolić also led his team in this final. In the first two matches, receivers Nikola Žugić and Omar Ahmed followed him brilliantly, which is why the red and whites looked like a punitive expedition. Nikola Petrović placed great trust in the forwards, but also in the middle blockers Aleksandar Stefanović and Dušan Lopar. Libero Vukašin Ristić is responsible for stable reception throughout the series.

Partizan is defending its title, but during this season, it did not play at the desired level. The situation has changed significantly since the arrival of the technician Ricardo, who reinforced the block as well. In the last two matches of the final series, Milija Mrdak showed why he is the captain of the black and white team – he got his team out of impossible situations, he made difficult balls and served excellently. The starting diagonal consists of Luka Tadić and Lazar Marinović, whose performance is especially monitored by coach Janić. In the block, Partizan’s big asset is Nemanja Bjelic, a former national team player, with whom Dušan Petrović is on the diagonal. In the last matches, Petar Popović got the opportunity to prove himself in the position of libero, along with starter Miloš Krsteski.

Both Janić and Jevtić have “wildcards” on the bench, which they could pull out of their sleeves.
