“Just to make it clear, I’m not involved in the process of choosing a new coach. I like Slott a lot though. He wants to take the job. I like the way his team plays football. Everything I hear about him as a guy is that he is good. Some people I know know him and have only words of praise about him that I like very much.”he said Klopp and added:
“I am happy for the club if it is the solution. It is not for me to judge these things, but everything sounds very good”.
The German then said that Liverpool’s invitation was a privilege.
“This is the best job in the world, the best club in the world. There is room for improvement, but the team is great, the people are fantastic.”
