Dr. Michelle Olson, professor of kinesiology at Auburn Montgomery University, in her research study tested 15 subjects who did tabata training with push-ups and squats.
They were asked to do their best for 20 minutes of training. The result is that approximately 14 calories per minute are burned during exercise, and the number of calories burned by the body at rest doubles even more than 30 minutes after the end of the training. What is tabata

First, he exercises for 20 seconds using maximum effort and all the capabilities of his body, then there is a rest interval of 10 seconds, and then he exercises again for 20 seconds.

The origin of tabata
A physical discipline that has been around for a long time. It was designed by Dr. Izumi Tabata in 1996 in Tokyo for the needs of athletes preparing for the Olympic Games. This type of training can be beneficial for anyone, even if they are not involved in professional sports.
Why is tabata effective?
High-intensity interval training is very effective for burning fat, because it forces the body to exert itself, then return to rest, and exert itself again.
