The participants of the reality show program often end up in court, either because of serious accusations or because of violence, and now the former participant of the “Couples” TV format Vesna Rivas has revealed how they evade legal punishment.

– A year and a half ago, the verdict was handed down at the trial I had with Dalila Dragojević. She herself admitted that she was guilty, but I still haven’t received the money for it, although she was assigned to pay. However, according to the law, it goes to a higher instance, to a higher court, so when the seal is stamped that it is legally binding, then everything is according to the letter of the law – explained Vesna for “TV Hype”.

– However, big changes are taking place in the judiciary, there are various upheavals, a whole cataclysm, and at the same time the law is being settled. That’s how a new round of judges came to the higher court, and thus a new judge who needs to certify and sign it. At the last hearing, she said: “Wait, the papers and contracts are missing” – added Rivasova.

– Dalila and her team argue that we are little actors in a reality show, not participants. Then I explained to the judge that it was not like that, and she looked at me confused. I entered every reality show with a contract, which I left with my son. I assume that Dalila and others from the younger generation do not have contracts – the singer pointed out.

– It is only important for them to enter the reality show. The production always has the legal right to change the terms of the contract in each season. I don’t know what they are writing there now, but the production protects itself on the level that we are small actors. However, at that trial, we submitted the contracts, and Dalila did not – Vesna continued her presentation.

– She relied on the fact that I don’t have a contract, and I have a contract that doesn’t say that we are actors, but VIPs who live a real life there. We can lie, of course, but we can also lie in real life, and that has its consequences. I explained to the judge that someone was trying to protect himself, but I don’t know who – the mysterious Rivas remained.

– The fact that we are a fun-humorous program does not mean that we are actors. We were given tasks, but their goal was to see how the VIPs coped with them. Then why didn’t Delilah appear in court and bring a contract stating that we are actors? Maybe she has a different contract, but if she does, why didn’t she bring it? – asked the singer.
