If you are looking for a new technique to dye eggs, we have a great idea for you. There are several natural techniques for dyeing eggs, and let us tell you right away that the Russian technique is also without a drop of chemistry.

If you decide to use it, the eggs will be beautifully colored with completely natural colors. That’s why you need to prepare hibiscus and turmeric. You can use them together or separately. If you use them separately, you will get beautiful shades of yellow, blue or gray.

Components:

eggs

1.5 tablespoons of dried hibiscus flowers

1 teaspoon of turmeric

cotton wool

transparent foil

oil

syringe

Preparation:

Boil the eggs first. Pour hibiscus flowers into a cup and pour hot water over them. Pour turmeric into another cup, then pour hot water over it too, but use less water.

Spread the transparent foil, and separate the tufters so that you get two halves from one, then arrange four tufters in the middle of the transparent foil, so that they stand one below the other and overlap a little.

Using a syringe, pour a little turmeric and then some hibiscus tea onto the swab. Make the pattern you want, but let all the tufts be colored.

Place the egg on a tupperware and wrap everything in transparent foil. Spread the cling film again and pour the tea and turmeric directly on it, then wrap the egg and do this until you have used it.

Let it stand for seven hours, then remove the foil and coat the tupperware and eggs with oil.
