The condition of the EUFOR crew members after the accident is known

Two members of the EUFOR crew were kept for treatment at UKC Tuzla, while the third was released for home treatment.

This was said by the spokeswoman of UKC Tuzla, Ersija Aščerić, writes Bosnainfo.

They were injured in a traffic accident that happened on the M 1.8 highway, in the immediate vicinity of the Drenik tunnel.reports Srpskainfo.

According to the spokeswoman of the Police Administration of MUP TK, Adnana Sprečić, PS Srebrenik, it was reported that the driver of the vehicle lost control of the EUFOR vehicle, for reasons still unknown, as a result of which the vehicle went off the roadway and hit a traffic sign next to the roadway.

– At the scene of the event, there is a patrol of the EUFOR military police, as well as the investigative team of the Srebrenik Police Department OKP. The three-member crew from the vehicle was transported by EUFOR medical vehicle to JZU UKC Tuzla – said SprečićEVA.

Aščerić added that after the accident, the injured were admitted to the Surgery Clinic.

– Two will be kept under observation. It is polytrauma. They are aware, communicative and stable. And one was released for home treatment – said Aščerić.
