“Hamas has just released a video of 23-year-old Hersh Goldberg-Paulin, an American-Israeli youth, who was celebrating with friends at the Nova Music Festival when he was violently and brutally attacked and kidnapped by Hamas on October 7th. Hamas has held Hersh in Gaza for more than 200 days. “Hamas continues to hold 133 hostages in Gaza for more than 200 days, in inhumane conditions,” Hagaru said in a video message, the Times of Israel reports.
He said the IDF will continue to pursue Hamas throughout Gaza until the hostages are freed.
“This is an urgent call to action. We will leave no stone unturned in our efforts to find our hostages. This video of psychological terrorism is not only a reminder of what Hamas did on October 7, but also how sick this terrorist group is, terrorizing hostages and their families,” an IDF spokesman said.
Pauline told Hersh’s parents, Rachel and John Goldberg, that he stood by them and that the military would do everything to bring the hostages home.
“Your strength continues to inspire us as we accomplish this critical mission,” he concluded.
