The International Spokesman of the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), Nadav Shoshani, announced on the X network that the Palestinians are running a false campaign about the alleged mass graves found in Khan Yunis, and he attached a video to support his claims.

Misinformation is circulating regarding the mass grave that was discovered at Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis. The tomb in question was excavated — by Gazans — a few months ago. This fact was documented on social media by Gazans at the time of the burial, as seen in the video below, Shoshani said.
Any attempt to blame Israel for burying civilians in mass graves is categorically false and is just an example of a disinformation campaign aimed at delegitimizing Israel, Shoshani said.
