Water with baking soda creates a balance in the blood, reducing uric acid and thus effectively helps against these diseases.

Increases physical endurance

Lactic acid, which is released in our body during physical activity, can accumulate in the muscles and joints, which leads to a feeling of fatigue. If you want to increase physical endurance, drink baking soda every morning. It will give you much-needed energy, and at the same time, it will beneficially relax your muscles.

Regulates cholesterol levels

Water with baking soda has the power to cleanse the blood of bad cholesterol. However, people suffering from hypertension should not drink baking soda due to its high sodium level.

How to drink baking soda?

If you are treating any of the above-mentioned diseases, drink baking soda three times a day before meals by mixing half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water.

If you are treating flu symptoms, the procedure is as follows:

First day: Mix half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink it every three hours. It is drunk 5 times a day in total.

Second day: Same dose, but only 3 times a day.

Third day: The same dose, twice a day, after lunch and after dinner.

By the time you reach the third day, your flu symptoms will be completely gone.
