Twitter users, including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, criticized the richest man in the world, Elon Musk, after he made his proposals for peace in Ukraine.
On Monday, Musk asked users of the social network to vote on his proposal for peace in Ukraine.
The South African-born billionaire proposed a repeat vote in Moscow’s annexed areas, this time with United Nations supervision, after which Russia would withdraw in the event of a negative result.
Musk also proposed that Crimea formally become part of Russia, “as it has been since 1783.” to the “mistake” of Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev.
In the controversial publication, he called for the supply of water to Crimea and for the neutral status of Ukraine.
Hooked up with Kasparov
Mask was attacked by the legendary Russian chess player, the opponent of Russian President Vladimir Putin with a Croatian address, Garry Kasparov.
– This is moral idiocy, repetition of Kremlin propaganda, betrayal of Ukrainian courage and sacrifice, the chess player wrote.
Musk replied to him that he “gave Starlink to Ukraine and lost 80 million dollars in the process, and put himself and SpaceX at serious risk of a Russian cyber attack, referring to his satellite system that facilitated communication for Kiev and to his company that offers and develops space travel.
– What did you do besides tweeting? asked the billionaire Kasparov.
