Drug arrest

The arrested are suspected of the criminal offenses of conspiracy to commit criminal offenses and unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, according to the announcement of this prosecution.

It is suspected that members of this organized criminal group from the territory of South America organized the transport of a large amount of the narcotic drug cocaine to the port of Rotterdam and the further transport of this narcotic drug to the Belgian city of Arlon, where in a joint action of the competent state authorities of Serbia, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg, a total of 115 kilograms of that drug was seized.

This organized crime group used a registered concrete slab resale company to first buy concrete slabs from a company in Luxembourg and then replace those slabs with concrete slabs made in a hangar in the Belgian city of Arlon, in which they then hid packages of cocaine.

During the intervention of the police forces in Belgium, a total of 22 concrete slabs were found, each of which contained three packages of cocaine weighing 1,120 grams each.

In addition to the cocaine found in the concrete slabs, another 37 packages with this narcotic drug were found on the spot, and a total of 103 packages of the narcotic drug cocaine, with a net weight of 115 kilograms, were found in the hangar in Arlon.

This organized criminal group was supposed to distribute the cocaine that was found in the hangar in Arlon through a German shipping company to the German city of Trier, and then to the hangar of that company in London for further sale, the statement of the Prosecutor’s Office adds.
